SIEVE DUST
The oiled-seed conveyed from the raw-material stocks is eliminated in the sieve-dust. The main purpose in using the sieve-dust is separate the undesired materials mixed within the oiled-seed.
HULL CRACKER
It is for cracking the cover of oiled-seed. Cover cracking process is made by means of the horizontal cutter inside the machine. Half of them work rotationally and the others are fixed-installed.
HULL SEPARATOR
The covers of the oiled-seed cracked in the previous stage are separated from the seed by cover separator. Separating the covers from the seed helps for an easier pressing and also shortens the washing-time of oiled-cake in extraction unit. Besides that, the protein availability in the oiled-cake is increased by means of this cover separation.
HULL SIEVE
The dusts and particles which were separated in the fine sieve, are going to be separated in this machine.
FLAKING MILL
The roll is used for crushing the oiled-seed. Crushing the seed is necessary for bursting the oil-bags inside the seed in order to take the oil out easily.
